Human Resources Outsourcing Association (HROA) is the only non-profit association dedicated to promoting professionalism. The HROA member community consists of a broad coalition of decision makers and HRO professionals; forward-looking organizations and individuals that act as a catalyst to originate many of the HRO industry's most important and visionary concepts and best practices.
